Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Recipe type: snack, dessert
  • 1 sliced banana, frozen
  • ¾ cup pumpkin
  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin spice (I am being extremely generous here!!!)
  • Maple Syrup (I used 2 Tbsp because I like it a bit sweet)
  • 1 Tbsp oatmeal (for extra nourishment)
  1. Blend everything in a blender until real smooth. Top it off with whipped cream topping, if desired.
  2. We like to stir the whipped cream in with the smoothie - that combination made it taste just like a pumpkin pie, but without all those extra calories and carbs. Ha!
